The Admins run the ministry's account. The person who signs the ministry up becomes its Owner: an Admin who also has Billing. A ministry can have several Admins. An Admin can do everything a team leader can, on every team.
- On a person's page: any Admin can Make Admin, or make an Admin a team member again. The Owner can also Give Billing to an Admin, take it off, and Make Owner to hand the ministry on.
- People shows a badge by each name: Owner, Admin, Billing or Team leader.
- Only the Owner can close the ministry's account. After the welcome tour, the leader tour walks through all of this; ☰ Menu › Help › Leader tour shows it again.
Signing up
- On sentyou.app, tap Sign up › A ministry: the ministry (its name, type, city and state), then yourself. Tick I agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, then Sign up.
- Confirm your email with the link we send. It lasts 48 hours. Check your email shows where it went; Send it again sends a fresh one. Tap Confirm and you're in: Sent You makes your ministry and its first team, signs you in, and asks you to set your password.
- Today › Finish setting up: name your first team and invite your soul winners.
The rest of your ministry's details (street, ZIP, website, phone, denomination, attendance, how many soul winners) are optional. Add them any time on Details.
☰ Manage your ministry
☰ Menu › Manage <your ministry's name> opens your ministry's page, on a phone or a computer:
- Edit the ministry's details.
- People and Contacts.
- Your teams, each with People · Join code · Rename · Close team, and Add a team.
- Joining: the ministry's own Join code and Join requests.
- Closed teams, Archived teams and Close our account.
Your ministry's numbers are on Activity: with more than one team, All teams sits above your team's.
On a computer
Open sentyou.app on a computer and sign in as usual. ☰ Menu gives your tools rows of their own, each with a screen icon: Contacts, Email, Teams, Houses, Details and Scripts. They're also tabs across the top of each of these pages. On a phone they aren't shown, and everything else works as before.
