Draft: Claude updated this from the app (0.70.0) on 12 Oct 2026. Keith and Stacie to check.
Operators run Sent You for everyone. Right now that's Keith and Stacie. In Sent You itself an operator sees only the teams they're on, like everyone else.
Admin, the back end
Admin is made for a computer. Open sentyou.app on a computer: ☰ Menu › Admin. Like every computer-only row, it has a screen icon, and it isn't on a phone. The row shows how many sign-ups are waiting.
Admin has Home, Ministries, People, Sign-ups, Emails, Templates and Activity.
- Home: every ministry's numbers together for the period you pick, then a row for each ministry. Numbers only, never a person.
- Ministries: every ministry and individual space in one table, with its status, Admin, people, entries, souls won, Email plan and when it signed up. Search, filter and sort by any column. Open one to see more, to reopen a closed ministry, or to Go into this ministry: you work inside it as its Admin, a bar on every screen says Viewing <ministry>, and Leave brings you back. It follows your account, so your phone is inside too until you leave.
- People: every account, including those on no team (filter: No team), with their ministries, teams and roles, whether they have signed in, when they signed up and last signed in, and their entries. Search, filter by ministry, role and status, and sort by any column.
- Emails: every email Sent You has sent, newest first, with a search box. Each one says whether it went out, and why not if it didn't. Each sign-up's page also lists the emails sent to that person.
- Activity: who did what in Sent You, newest first: sign-ins, sign-ups, script changes and more.
Sign-ups
- Everyone signs themselves up at sentyou.app: Sign up › A ministry or An individual. There's no approving any more.
- Confirming their email gets them in. Sent You makes the ministry (or the individual's own space), its first team and its Admin, signs them in, and asks them to set a password.
- You're both emailed about each one, and the email says whether they're in or it needs finishing.
- Admin › Sign-ups: Waiting, Approved and Declined. Waiting holds a sign-up that didn't finish by itself, or hasn't confirmed its email yet.
- Open one to see everything it sent.
- Approve finishes one that didn't finish by itself.
- Decline sends nothing.
- Send the confirmation email again sends a fresh 48-hour link. The old link stops working.
- A name that's taken gets its city and state added, as "Grace Church (Mansfield, OH)". An individual whose name is taken there too gets a number, as "John Smith 2 (Mansfield, OH)". A ministry with both names taken can't be finished: ask them for another name, then decline it so they can sign up again.
- A ministry's sign-up asks only its name, type, city and state, then the person. Street, ZIP, website, phone, denomination, attendance and soul winners show — until its Admin fills them in.
- When an individual deletes their account, their own space goes with it.
Templates
Admin › Templates: Sent You's script templates. Every ministry can copy one into its own Scripts.
