Your people

• ☰ Menu › People: everyone on your team, with a search and chips (All, Active, Invited, Off, Not invited). A badge by each name shows who is the Owner, an Admin, Billing or a Team leader.
• Invite a soul winner: their name, email and phone (optional), then Invite. They get an email to set their password, and they're on your team right away.
• Open someone to see their numbers, their entries and Their prayer list. From there:
  • Edit their details;
  • Send invite again or Send password reset;
  • Remove from the team. Everything they recorded stays.
• Team leaders manage soul winners. You can make a soul winner a team leader on your team (Edit › their role). Only an Admin changes or removes a team leader, moves people between teams or turns accounts off.

Your team's join link

• ☰ Menu › Join code: your team's own code, with its link under it. Share the link or Copy the code. Make a new code stops the old link working.
• Whoever asks through it waits in Join requests (the count is beside it, and Today tells you too). Let them in puts them on your team as a soul winner; Decline says no. The ministry's Admins can answer them too.

Checking on your team

• Activity, for any period. With Today picked, each soul winner shows where they were last.
• Edit at the top of Activity: your team's description, one line shown under its name.
• Today shows Prayer list today.
• The Prayer list shows leaders everyone's phone and email. Not sent yet marks anyone who hasn't reached the contacts after an hour.
• Activity › Contacts: everyone your team talked with who said yes to the prayer list, one row for each person even when they were met more than once. Search by name, phone or email, or narrow it by their answer about events. Open someone to see their email and phone, where they were last met (with Open in Maps), and every entry they were met at.
• Activity › Reports, on a computer: your team's numbers by month (This year, Last 12 months or All time): Souls won, Gospel shared, Prayer list, New contacts and Events, with Download CSV.
• Activity › Operation Andrew together: how your team's Operation Andrew is going, in numbers only, never names. Numbers show once 3 people take part. Start one together for an event.

Entries

You can edit or delete any entry on your team, and any note on it, and fix a person after they've gone to the contacts (their first name, last name and phone).
